Aren't they cute?

I have had a rough couple of weeks. First, I have this cold that I can't seem to shake. My voice has almost left me and I have had little energy to do anything. Everyone and everything seems to annoy me. (I am sure that is the cold talking) I am so happy the election is over. Although saddened by some of the flippant and divisive things people I know and like have said about democrats. I tend to say a lot of things off the cuff and then regret them later...so I understand saying dumb things. I just wish we mormons THOUGHT more and jumped on the bandwagon less...or at least a little slower. In Utah is seems being a democrat is a sin equal to attempted shoplifting. I shouldn't let it bother me. I will just focus on my cute kids. They don't care what political views I have...at least not yet. I know I have a few years before they are rolling their eyes at whatever I have to say.

I was just heading to bed, saw your post. I had heard that you were sick. Sorry you still aren't feeling well. I missed you guys on Saturday. Raincheck, please.

I hear you about all the political talk. It kind of bugs at times.

Your kiddos are darling.

Feel better

They are indeed cute!

If it makes you feel better, I loaded my kids in and out of the 3 different times to vote against old Chris Buttars. Too bad it didn't work.

:o)

Wendy,
This is the first time I have left a message but I totally agree with what you said! We all just need to pray for our country and it's leaders, whoever they are, that they will make good choices and decisions. If we only had one party in this country... that would be REALLY SCARY! I hope you are feeling better!

Wendy,
Jen Petersen is JLP. I'm new at this whole posting comments thing but there are a few Jen's around here so I thought I'd try something different
