We can't believe how quickly this has happened! Alan and I were planning on selling a year from now but we both found this home, independently of each other. The yard and location is what sold us. It is absolutely beautiful. We have over 200 feet of the creek in our back yard. The home itself has only had 2 owners in it's lifetime and has been well cared for. We have a lot of cosmetic renovations but we can live there while we work on it. (Let's just say I will be priming over a ton of dark green paint and removing copious amounts of wallpaper!) Alan's commute goes from 30 minutes to 3! He's timed it. He can walk home for lunch in our backyard! We are really excited. We sold our home in one day for the price we asked! We can't believe how everything is falling into place like it must be meant to be! Crazy!
