So,this Saturday we hosted 6 adorable teenagers for dinner. They were so polite and kind about the food, the decorations, etc... It was quite a treat for me to be in the room as they enjoyed each others company. It brought back dozens of memories about my own youth and dates, dances, etc... Very fun to remember...so happy to be out of that stage of my life. It has been fun to be "Mom" to a 17 year old girl. She comes home from dates and shares all the details of her life. Both the good and the awkward or frustrating or confusing. It has been fun.
