Big Bed!

I've been wanting to change things around the house. I have plans to paint the kids rooms but then I got a call from my brother. He asked if we had a toddler bed they could have. Just the excuse I needed to change Lil's room a little. Although I didn't have time to paint, it was fun to move the guest bed up from the basement to become Lilly's new big girl bed. She loves it! Everyday she tells me how much she likes her new bed. Of course, with my gimpy foot, I couldn't do much of the moving. The minute Alan walked in from working out, Saturday morning, I hollered for his help. He was already sweaty. With a roll of the eyeballs he agreed to lend a hand. Max and Lilly were big helps. too. I tried to help, and did do a big share of the work, including setting the heavy box spring on my still healing foot...but Big Al was the champion here! I'll get to painting sooner or later, but for now, Lil is so excited!
