okay, you can't tell Max

I would be in big trouble if Max knew I released this picture of him. For weeks now he has been running around the house in his superhero costume, his alter-ego, "Underwear Man". When asked what his super powers are he replied, without skipping a beat, "Lightning, stink bombs, and flaming balls". It was hard to hide the laughter, but we did. I snapped this picture and just had to share it. Please don't tell him you saw it.

We feel like the luckiest people alive to be Max Ormsby's parents. He is smart, quick with a joke, interested in so much, and has such a good heart. He really loves his friends and family. He's growing into such a nice young man. I can't believe he'll be 7 in January. Time goes quickly. He's so much fun to have around. Lilly, on the other hand, is an adorable handful. She is so cute and she can be so sweet. We are desperately trying to figure out how to stop her from hitting everyone! She likes to scream, this torturous (is that a word?), earpiercing scream, too. But, she can be cuddly and loving, too. I hope she grows out of the bad stuff. In the meanwhile, if you find yourself visiting, don't leave your children alone near Lilly. She WILL hit them and then scream in your ear when you try to stop her. Funny, though, we still feel like the luckiest people alive to be Lilly Claire's parents...funny how that works, eh?

These pics of Lil are from yesterday. I was doing the dishes and heard a small "Oh!". I looked over and saw this small face looking out from the toy basket. She had obviously been looking for something in the basket and her big head (just compared to her teeny tiny body) made her topple in! She was so mad that I grabbed the camera instead of helping her out. The last picture was taken right after I got her out. She was no worse for the wear. So cute!!!
